The Cardholder will adhere to all Library regulations and policies, including but not limited to, those detailed here.
Proper conduct and attire required. Research Library materials charged to this card must be returned to the appropriate location by the deadline specified at the time of use. The Cardholder is not permitted to remove Research Library materials from the designated use area within the building. Marking, mutilating, defacing, or otherwise damaging Research Library materials and equipment is an offense under Section 264 of the New York State Education Law and Section 145.00 Criminal Mischief, New York State Penal Law. The Library reserves the right to take apppropriate action against any Cardholder who violates Library policies.
