BO$$ is a microloan program that makes funds available to start-ups and existing businesses in northern Manhattan and the western Bronx with fewer than ten employees, and annual sales of less than $500,000. BO$$ focuses on helping micro-entrepreneurs with limited education, English language, and business expertise. BO$$ Micro Loans range from $400 to $25,000, with an interest rate currently at 9.0% annually. BO$$ also offers one-on-one business counseling, business plan review, and referrals.
