    Harlem Economic Literacy Program [H.E.L.P.]
      H.E.L.P. provides Harlem residents with the financial tools they need to improve their wealth by increasing their financial knowledge, achieving homeownership, and starting or expanding a business. The Entrepreneurship component enhances the understanding of entrepreneurs and small business owners in areas such as marketing, finance, and management. H.E.L.P. also provides resources for networking, for locating state and federal assistance, for legal resources, and for grant money.
