Located in Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Audubon is a modern, six-story facility housing 50,000 square foot of laboratory and office space. Laboratory support systems are designed into the building and common facilities include controlled access, parking, janitorial services, conference room, and glassware washing facility. Tenants have access to University facilities and core services. (Additional fees may be required). The space is appropriate for companies involved in research and development of new medical treatments, diagnostics or technologies that provide services to biomedical research community.
