The Business Outreach Center Network (BOC Network) offers free counseling and referrals on all issues involved in starting and growing a business. After an initial intake and analysis of an ongoing or prospective business, counselors develop a needs assessment and work with clients to identify and take advantage of appropriate specialized services, programs, and financing sources. There are BOCs throughout the city with multilingual services. Other BOCs are
located in Brooklyn, Chinatown, Newark, Queens, and Staten Island. Check listings in other boroughs or call the BOC main office at 718-624-9115.
