    Harlem Opportunity Business Center
      The Harlem OBC offers three distinct programs: (1) the basic free individualized services of the HOBC network--intake and analysis of an existing or prospective business, needs assessment, referral to appropriate services and sources of financing, and follow-up; (2) an Entrepreneur Assistance Program that, for a sliding scale fee of $100 to $200, provides extensive classroom training and 30 hours of individual counseling; and (3) a lending program through which loans from $1,000 to $2,500 are given to entrepreneurs who meet weekly for mutual support and guidance.
